| Literacy Night took place at Cholla Library at Metro Center this year. The WDEA worked with Washington Elementary School District to host another successful event for our students and their parents. The students sat and ate a snack while they listened to some of their favorite books being read. They even got a library card and started checking out great books for summer reading . There were many WDEA members helping out. Thanks to all of you who made!. A big thank you to Sara Hester for organizing everything, the all WESD School Board Members for giving the kids such great readings and Cholla Library for hosting our event.
